I love this place. I always go to the barbacoa restauarnt near the Omotesando crossing. I prefer the buffet which is around 4,000 yen all you can eat. Tons of amazingly delicious meats, grilled pineapple and a delectable salad bar. The food is amazing and the one other thing that sits well with me is the fact that most of the waiters are Brazilian. That gives a feeling of authenticity and supports the foreign community in Japan as well, something the government here does not do. I would highly recommend Barbacoa. Fantastic food.
Fantastic, authentic Italian food in a nice atmosphere. Anything you order on their menu is amazing. The owner is from Calabria, Italy from a culinary family. Book in advance. They speak Japanese, Italian and English. Just a tip, when you get to dessert ask if they can make you the special ice cream with rum because the taste is amazing. they will make it for you right at your table. This dessert item is not on the menu but delicious.
Even though Chibo is a chain restaurant I love their Okonomiyaki. I used to also visit their restaurants in Osaka as well. I love this place and have eaten here and at the other branch in Ebisu (at Ebisu square gardens). The atmosphere is great, service awesome and the Okonomiyaki is oishii. My favorite is the Negiyaki.
I have been to the First bar and found the environment to be very pleasant and despite the large amounts of customers my drinks were always served in a timely manner. Personally I feel it's wrong for people to make certain accusations about another person's business if there is no proof. The women who drugged the drinks of these customers were probably working independently. Sometimes they visit the larger and louder establishments to avoid the risk of getting caught. I'm American and I never take credit cards with me when I go out and I'm responsible. Many of you guys go out to get smashed and wake up the next morning on the streets. I think your own stupidity and lack of caution may have placed you in these precarious positions.
This has to be one of the most messed up places to go drink. A British Pub owned entirely by Japanese. Here in Sakae in Nagoya they don't even speak English and most of your clients are foreigners. They don't hire any foreigners in the Nagoya branch so how do they call themselves a British Pub. The Japanese are great at copying ideas but have no originality. Hell their website is not even in good English. Is this the Japanese idea of a good British Pub. I will start telling my foreigner friends not to spend their money at the HUB anymore. You want our money but you won't hire foreigners. That is a big joke. Hope you go out of business. Foreugners should boycott this place, especially in Nagoya where they don't hire us.
