  • The staff are unbelievably rude. I was made to feel as though I were doing them a favor buy purchasing goods from their store. This type of behavior is unacceptable everywhere but especially unacceptable in Japan.
  • Estination (Boutique/Luxury Brands / Roppongi)
  • 2010/10/24
  • A vast array of jewels, perfume, flowers, and clothes. Heavenly but very expensive. The staff are courteous as well.
  • Don Quijote (Consumer Electronics / Roppongi)

  • The Japanese version of Walmart with the exception of a floor selling luxury goods under lock and key...even then, I wouldn't purchase anything designer here because I have heard that they are sometimes fake. It is a loud place, very busy, and dirty. If you don't want to make the trek to Tokyu Hands, then you may chose to settle for D.Q.

  • Most of the interior goods such as furniture, curtains, and large accessories such as mirrors require the customer to wait up until six months. This is because they do not keep enough stock at their warehouse.
Forget being able to communicate in anything but Japanese even though it is a British chain. Even if they say they are able to speak English, they cannot perform more than basic greetings.
IDC furniture store has much more to offer an more importantly, you do not have to wait 6 months to receive your items.
