I have this theory that anything fried must be good. Just varying degrees of good. Well, as far as crab fried rice is concerned, it is definitely on the fabulous end of "good". And you know you're not the only one who thinks it's good when a generic drop-in counter shop stays busy all day long. I mean, this stuff is so good nobody has to dress it up or advertise it. Everyone just knows that it rocks. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and need something fast.
It's a Subway. Seriously, don't expect any water to wine dietary miracles. If you've been to a Subway, you know exactly what you're going to get. They usually have tables of pre-made sandwiches stacked up outside the store for the lunch rush, so if there's one near your office just stop by and grab one quick. But if you're not interested in a sandwich made that morning, be prepared to stand in an epic line.
Although it looks like a hole-in-the-wall from the outside, inside it actually has a very large dining space. The staff is friendly, but forgetful. We had to order the same soda three times before it came. And for a gourmet restaurant, the food was woefully average at gourmet prices. If you're looking for a Wolfgang Puck experience, then go to the full restaurant in Shinjuku at the top of Lumine 1.
